The all-inclusive room rate is $239 per person based upon double occupancy, including taxes and fees and subject to availability. Limited availability pre and post may affect room rates, but we will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

This travel program has been developed as a group movement in order to take advantage of specially negotiated rates, which do not apply to deviating passengers. Therefore, a fee of $25.00 per person plus any extra air and ground costs will apply to changes from the original program.

Accordingly, the travelers agree not to hold Guest Travel Services Inc. and The C.D. Hartnett Company, any sponsoring company or organization, and their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, responsible for any loss or injury which may be caused or contributed to by such suppliers or by any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the direct control of Guest Travel Services Inc. and The C.D. Hartnett Company or any sponsoring company or organization, and their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies. The travelers hereby release Guest Travel Services Inc. and The C.D. Hartnett Company and any sponsoring company or organization, and their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability for claims resulting from any acts or omissions of the independent travel suppliers providing accommodations and services in connection with the travel program, or from any other cause, condition or event beyond the direct control of Guest Travel Services Inc. and The C.D. Hartnett Company and/or any sponsoring company or organization, and their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, respectively.
